Footage of the Sept. 7 collision between a Chinese fishing boat and two Japan Coast Guard vessels near the disputed Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea has been found posted on the Internet.

Six video files totaling about 44 minutes were posted on YouTube at around 9 p.m. on Nov 4, showing a collision between the blue Chinese trawler and two Coast Guard patrol boats amid the sound of sirens and voices of Coast Guard members ordering the fishing boat to stop in Japanese.

Coast Guard officials said the footage is part of the video recordings taken by Japanese crew members as evidence for subsequent investigations and the source of the leak has yet to be identified.

Above are still images from the videos posted on YouTube.
